Where it fits

  • Edible oils & fats: soybean, canola, sunflower, cottonseed, and tallow—routine polishing and moderate decolorization in refining workflows.
  • Specialty oils & ingredients: plant-based lipids, waxy fractions, and process oils where color bodies and trace polar impurities impact finished appearance or downstream stability.
  • Renewable fuels feedstocks: pretreatment of vegetable and waste-derived oils where clarification and color reduction support more consistent downstream processing.
  • Industrial purification: general clarification and decolorization for non-food process oils where fast filtration and consistent performance are prioritized.

Why Supreme 55

  • Cost-effective option for moderate color removal and routine polishing.
  • Surface-modified bleaching earth designed for broad usability across many oil types.
  • Predictable filtration behavior for stable throughput in common bleaching and filtration equipment.
  • Works well in filter press and pressure leaf systems using typical precoat and body-feed practices.
