Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Sorbents Direct, we’re committed to delivering your order promptly and reliably. Please review our shipping and delivery terms carefully before placing an order.
Payment Terms
- Payment is due in full at the time of order unless otherwise specified in writing.
- Accepted payment methods include: Debit/Credit, Mobile Payments.
- Orders will not be scheduled or fulfilled until full payment has been received.
Lead Times
- Estimated lead times will be provided at the time of order and are subject to change.
- Lead times are affected by supplier availability, production schedules, shipping logistics, and other external factors.
Shipping & Risk of Loss
- All orders ship FOB (Free On Board) from our fulfillment center in Portland, Oregon, unless otherwise agreed.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
- Delivery delays do not constitute a breach of contract, and Sorbents Direct is not responsible for any resulting damages.
Order Cancellations
- Orders cannot be canceled once payment has been processed.
- If cancellation is requested before payment, any open quotes will be voided immediately.
Returns
- Due to the nature of industrial materials, all sales are final unless otherwise noted in writing.
- Requests for returns must be submitted in writing and approved by Sorbents Direct.
Limitation of Liability
- Sorbents Direct’s total liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods or services provided.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the sale, delivery, or use of our products.
Force Majeure
- We are not responsible for delays or failures resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, transportation failures, or regulatory actions.
Governing Law
- This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with Sorbents Direct, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined above.
