How it applies: Discounts are calculated per product and grade. When your quantity reaches the next tier, the unit price updates automatically.

Tier examples: Many items use ranges such as twenty-five to one hundred kilograms, one hundred one to nine hundred kilograms, and super-sack or pallet tiers above that. Exact tiers can vary by product based on packaging and vendor requirements.

Mixed items: Different products or grades are priced independently. If you need a mixed-pallet or mixed-variant quote, we can build a combined discount for you - just ask.

Bigger orders: Pallet, truckload, or recurring orders may qualify for better-than-listed pricing. Send us your target volumes and we’ll confirm best available rates.

What’s included: The discount applies to product price. Freight is quoted separately so you get the most economical shipping option for your location.

Because of the nature of industrial sorbents and filtration media, we’re unable to accept returns once a product has left our facility. This isn’t about policy rigidity - it’s about safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.

• Contamination prevention: Sorbent materials such as activated carbons, silicas, aluminas, and clays are highly adsorptive. Even brief exposure to ambient moisture, oils, or airborne contaminants can compromise their performance and make them unsuitable for resale or reuse.
  
• Traceability & compliance: To maintain full batch traceability for SDS/COA/TDS documentation and meet ISO-style handling standards, all materials must remain within a controlled supply chain from packaging to end-user.
  
• Customer protection: Refusing returns ensures every customer receives only untampered, properly sealed, and certified material directly from our storage or vendor partners - never something that has been handled or stored elsewhere.
