The 20 Gallon Spill Kit Refill replenishes the absorbents, PPE, and disposal supplies used in an existing 20-gallon container spill kit without requiring the purchase of another salvage drum. Choose Universal, Oil-Only, or Hazmat to match the corresponding spill-response application.

Each refill restores the consumable contents used in the corresponding Meltblown Technologies 20-gallon kit and is ideal after a spill, drill, inspection, or routine use of absorbent supplies.

When to Restock a Spill Kit

  • After any spill-response event
  • After training exercises or emergency-response drills
  • When absorbents have been removed for routine leak control
  • When PPE or disposal bags are missing or damaged
  • During scheduled facility or EHS spill-station inspections

Keep the Refill Matched to Your Spill Risk

Choose Universal for common mixed industrial liquids, Oil-Only when petroleum-based liquids must be absorbed while repelling water, or Hazmat for compatible hazardous and aggressive chemical spill response.

Hazmat Compatibility Note

Hazmat absorbents should not be assumed compatible with every chemical. Identify the material when possible, review the SDS, verify absorbent compatibility, and select PPE appropriate for the actual chemical and exposure conditions.
