Absorbent Pads, Socks & Pillows
Target leaks fast, contain perimeter flow, and pull fluids from hard-to-reach areas with industrial absorbent pads, socks, and pillows. Available in Universal, Oil-Only, and Hazmat formats for maintenance, spill response, and EHS compliance programs. Nationwide shipping • OR · FL ship points
Applications & Use Cases
-
Daily maintenance: Keep floors dry around pumps, CNCs, presses, forklifts, and battery stations.
-
Perimeter control: Use socks to ring equipment or doorways and prevent migration into walkways or drains.
-
Source capture: Place pillows under valves, flanges, totes, and machine sumps for high-capacity pickup.
-
Emergency response: Stage pads and socks at risk points to support SPCC and internal EHS response plans.
-
Marine & outdoor: Oil-Only products float and repel water for skimming hydrocarbons on water.

Example Placement
An assembly facility ringed each work cell with Universal socks and kept Oil-Only pads at loading docks. During a hydraulic leak, socks contained flow while pads handled surface film. Housekeeping closed the loop with labeled disposal bags and event logging for EHS.

FAQ
Universal vs Oil-Only vs Hazmat - what’s the difference?
Universal handles oils, coolants, water-based fluids. Oil-Only attracts hydrocarbons and repels water for use outdoors or on water. Hazmat is for aggressive acids/caustics - always follow chemical compatibility guidance.
Pad weight - how do I choose?
Heavy-weight maximizes capacity and durability for higher traffic or larger releases. Medium-weight balances cost and capacity for general maintenance. Light-weight works for routine drip control and frequent changes.
What size socks should I stock?
3″ × 48″ is the everyday perimeter size around machinery; 3″ × 96″ bridges doorways and controls longer runs. Keep at least two per risk point, more for sloped floors or uneven surfaces.
