95 Gallon Wheeled Spill Kits provide high-capacity mobile spill response for industrial facilities that need substantial absorbent capacity and the ability to move response materials directly to the spill area. Each kit is supplied in a wheeled 95-gallon salvage drum for organized storage, mobility, and rapid deployment across larger facilities.
Sorbents Direct offers 95-gallon wheeled kits in Universal, Oil-Only, and Hazmat configurations for routine industrial liquids, petroleum-based spills, and hazardous chemical response. Each configuration combines absorbent pads, socks, pillows, PPE, disposal supplies, and an emergency response guidebook in one mobile high-capacity response station.
62 Gallons of High-Capacity Mobile Spill Response
All three 95-gallon wheeled configurations provide up to 62 gallons of absorption capacity and are supplied in a UN-rated wheeled salvage drum. Choose the absorbent type based on the liquids, hazards, and response requirements present in your facility.
For oil, coolant, water, fuels, solvents and other compatible non-aggressive industrial liquids.
For oil, diesel, fuel, hydraulic fluid and other hydrocarbons where water repellency is important.
For chemical, corrosive, hazardous and unknown liquid spill response, subject to compatibility verification.
Choose the Right 95 Gallon Wheeled Spill Kit
| Kit Type | Best For | Absorbent Color | Absorption Capacity |
|---|---|---|---|
| Universal | Oil, coolant, water, fuels, solvents and other non-aggressive liquids | Gray | Up to 62 gallons |
| Oil-Only | Oil, diesel, fuel, hydraulic fluid, lubricants and hydrocarbons | White | Up to 62 gallons |
| Hazmat | Acids, bases, caustics, unknown chemicals and hazardous liquids | Yellow | Up to 62 gallons |
Why Choose a 95 Gallon Wheeled Spill Kit?
Up to 62 gallons of absorbency provides substantial response capability for medium-to-large industrial spill events.
The wheeled salvage drum allows the complete kit to be moved toward the incident area instead of transporting absorbent supplies individually.
Pads, socks, pillows, PPE, disposal bags and emergency-response guidance are stored together in one large mobile container.
Common Applications
95-gallon wheeled spill kits are well suited to larger facilities, higher-risk operations, and locations where significant spill-response capacity may need to be moved between multiple work areas. Typical applications include:
- Large manufacturing and production facilities
- Warehouses and distribution centers
- Fleet maintenance and transportation operations
- Fueling and petroleum storage areas
- Chemical manufacturing and processing facilities
- Hazardous-material storage and transfer areas
- Loading docks and receiving areas
- Utilities and municipal operations
- Laboratories and research facilities
- EHS and emergency-response stations
95 Gallon vs. 50 Gallon Wheeled Spill Kits
Choose a 95-gallon wheeled kit when higher-risk locations, larger spill scenarios, or facility response plans justify up to 62 gallons of absorption capacity. Choose a 50-gallon wheeled kit when a more compact footprint and up to 31 gallons of absorption capacity better match the expected spill volume and available storage space.
How the Three Configurations Differ
The 95-gallon container format and overall spill-response concept are similar across all three configurations. The primary difference is the type of absorbent media supplied inside the kit.
Universal absorbents are intended for common mixed industrial liquids. Oil-Only absorbents target petroleum-based liquids while repelling water. Hazmat absorbents are intended for chemical and hazardous-liquid response where compatibility, SDS information, and appropriate PPE must be considered before cleanup.
Need Help Choosing the Correct Configuration?
The correct spill kit depends on the liquids present, likely spill volume, facility layout and site-specific emergency-response procedures. For chemical applications, identify the material when possible and verify absorbent compatibility, SDS guidance, and required PPE before response.
